By accessing or using the MicBill website and web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
MicBill provides an AI-powered voice-to-invoice service through its web application. Users can send voice notes detailing job information, and the app generates structured estimates, quotes, and PDF invoices. The generated documents rely on automated artificial intelligence transcription and processing.

3. User Responsibilities & Accuracy
While MicBill strives for high accuracy, AI transcriptions may contain errors. It is strictly your responsibility to review and verify all details (including prices, taxes, client names, and line items) on the generated PDF before sending it to your clients. MicBill is not liable for any financial losses or disputes arising from incorrect invoice data.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Free Plan: We offer a limited free tier allowing you to generate a specific number of documents per month.
- Pro Plan: Upgrading to a paid subscription unlocks higher limits and additional features. Payments are processed securely via our payment providers.
- Refunds: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MicBill and its licensors. You are granted a limited license to use the service for your own business invoicing purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MicBill, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
